If your order is under $120 Northern Tide Apparel provide a flat rate fee:
* Standard Delivery of $10
* Express Delivery of $13

If your order is $120 or more Northern Tide Apparel provide FREE standard shipping on all items.

Picking and Packing

Once you you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation.
Northern Tide Apparel will pick and pack your order within 2 business days and post within 3 business days.

On rare occasions outside of our control these times maybe slightly longer. If this is the case we will reach out to you and provide free express shipping as compensation.

Delivery Provider

Northern Tide Apparel use Auspost (Australia Post).
You will be provided with a tracking number via Auspost once your order is ready (please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder)
You can check the delivery progress of your order by entering your tracking number HERE (auspost.com.au/track)

Delivery Times

Delivery times are subject to Auspost.
By experience we have found most orders arrive within 5-8 business days (Standard post) to regional areas. For Express post most orders arrive within 3-5 days
For remote areas please allow up to 10 business days.
